Crystal Whalen

Crystal embarked on her journey as an Online Executive Assistant, initially joining Zirtual as a dedicated Zirtual Assistant. Her commitment to excellence quickly earned her a promotion to the role of Zirtual Assistant for Teams. However, when Zirtual faced closure with an announcement to their Assistants and Clients, Crystal's unwavering dedication to her clients led her to continue her support for a select group of clients in an independent capacity, a commitment she maintains to this day. Her reputation for outstanding work ethic and exceptional client service soon resulted in a surge of referrals and new clients seeking her expertise.

In August 2015, Crystal took the initiative to establish ACE Virtual Assistants, a venture that marked the beginning of a remarkable journey. As the founder of ACE, she set high standards and best practices, all of which she personally instilled in each member of her growing team of supporting Assistants. These principles served as the cornerstone of ACE's growth, as the company expanded organically through word-of-mouth recommendations and client referrals, rendering any need for traditional advertising obsolete.

 

Before embarking on her career as a Virtual Assistant, Crystal accumulated invaluable experience in the corporate world. She served as the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for prominent organizations such as Jones Lang LaSalle. Additionally, she contributed her skills as a Bookkeeper/Receptionist with Carpenter & Wangberg, P.A for nearly a decade.

Crystal's journey from a dedicated Assistant for her previous employer to the visionary founder of ACE Virtual Assistants reflects her unwavering commitment to client success, exemplary work ethic, and dedication to excellence that has left an indelible mark on her professional journey.
