Krys began her career over 15 years ago in the banking industry. While maintaining a full-time job at a credit union, she was able to obtain her Associate's Degree in Speech Communication. From there, she pursued a Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business at Tarleton State University in Waco, TX. In her banking career, Krys started as a teller and was able to train and work in every department including loan processing, IRAs, and briefly served as the branch manager for one of the smaller branches of the credit union. After working for over a decade in financial services, she accepted a job offer as a Human Resources Coordinator for a large customer support organization where she developed a great amount of communication and problem-solving skills and discovered her passion for the administrative side of the business. Krys plans on taking classes to pursue a Master’s degree in Business starting in the fall while striving to evolve and advance her knowledge doing administrative work.
